Where does Lumi come from?

Lumi comes from "lumière"...

the French word for "light". Because let’s be honest, exporting to the EU can sometimes feel like walking in the dark. My job is to make the process clear, simple, and manageable.

i'm olivia rombaut, founder of lumi connections. I’m certified in Dangerous Goods Air Transport, following ICAO Technical Instructions, which means that if your products require special handling, they’ll meet all international safety standards.
i can help you...
If you're a retailer:

- I take care of all documentation and liaise with couriers.

- I handle all duties, taxes, and administrative processes with customs.

- I manage shipments to your customers outside the EU, since perfumes are classified as dangerous goods for air transport.

- I connect you with brands that need retailers in Europe.
If you're a brand:

- All of the above services.

- I register your products in the European portal, ensuring they meet all regulatory requirements.

- If your products need to comply with EU regulations, I make sure they do.

- Once I receive your products, I ship them directly to retailers without delays.
